Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and cosmetics, also the current COVID-19 pandemic, N'Vogue Extensions does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed utilizing the email that was used at checkout, which can take up to 48hrs. You will receive a second email once your order has been processed in shipped. Tracking info will be provided in the second email. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier to ensure there is no delay on their end prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-3 days for tracking information to show as in some cases the tracking number may not appear, however you will still receive your order. Feel free to contact us after the allotted time has passed in which the delivery was supposed to arrive.
